We met teaching Yoga at a Retreat in Nicaragua and went from friends to business partners. Countless walks on the beach, phone calls & video chats discussing, planning, ideating & creating DUO. Duo Retreats & Trainings was born from a realisation that the 21st century has left many—especially high-achieving professionals—seeking a more holistic, balanced life, and often feel lost in the wellness industry. We recognise the need for a revival of ancient wisdom and a more sustainable path & perspective to personal growth & wellness. Our foundation is built on this commitment to service and love, ensuring that our business is purpose-led and operates with uncompromising ethics. Furthermore, Duo was created to rewrite the narrative around male and female interactions, showing that true strength and transformation emerge when the masculine and feminine energies come together in union to lead, complementing skill sets to offer a complete, balanced experience.
