the Duo 200
~ a 21 day / 200hr intensive yoga teacher training ~
Duo 200 - a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training :
This is a 21 day in person Yoga Alliance 200-hour Training “Intensive”. The curriculum is based on Yoga Alliance Standards: Anatomy, Asana, Biomechanics, Ethics, History, Meditation, Philosophy, Physiology, Practicum, Pranayama, Professional Development, and Teaching Methodology.
what makes this training different?
Ancient wisdom, authentically transmitted - Rakshita brings the yogic tradition as it was taught to her in India — Yoga Sutras, Sanskrit mantra, philosophy and mythology delivered with depth, cultural integrity and a global perspective.
Modern movement science meets ancient practice - Mason brings the holistic health lens through Paul Chek's Holistic - Lifestyle Coaching and Integrated Movement Science Systems — bridging the gap between ancient wisdom and the modern body.
The Duo Lens — masculine and feminine united - Mason and Rakshita embody two distinct paths — male and female, modern and ancient, science and spirit — that converge at the same destination. This dual-facilitator approach creates a rare wholeness that single-teacher trainings simply cannot offer.
East meets East — Taoism and Qi Gong alongside Yoga - Selected sessions with Mason explore the profound parallels between yoga and Taoist philosophy, with Qi Gong as a complementary movement practice that deepens your understanding of energy, flow and the body.
Ayurveda integrated throughout - Rakshita weaves Ayurvedic wisdom into the curriculum — giving students a living, breathing understanding of how to eat, move and live in alignment with their nature.
Built to launch your teaching career - Beyond the mat and the classroom, Duo offers dedicated business and marketing mentorship — practical, real-world guidance to help you build a career from your practice, not just a certificate. Rakshita brings a decade of business and marketing expertise from her time at Google, giving students a rare and powerful edge as they step into the world as teachers.
